The Shinnecock Hills Police Department reported that a woman has allegedly threatened a juvenile following an incident involving the woman's child.

On Tuesday, Jan. 10, the Southampton Town Police Department reported Michelle Aquino, of Shinnecock Hills, was apprehended around 11:40 a.m.

Investigators uncovered that Aquino had gone to the home of a minor in Shinnecock Hills in order to address an episode at school involving one of her children, reported the law enforcement agency.

At the exchange, it is reported that the accused threatened the victim, according to law enforcement.

Following this, Aquino was processed and brought before the court for a hearing.
